IGNOU to begin admission to management courses

The university offers management programmes like Master of Business Administration (MBA), Diploma in Management (DIM), Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM), Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM) and postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM).

Eligibility

The eligibility to appear for the entrance test is graduation in any discipline with 50 percent marks for general category and 45 percent for reserved category.

Candidates who have successfully cleared CAT, MAT and state-level tests need not appear for OPENMAT.  The cut-off percentage for admission of these candidates will be decided by the university.

Non-graduates (10+2 or equivalent) with six years of  professional experience are eligible for admission into Diploma in Management only after clearing the entrance test.

The aspirants can obtain student handbook and prospectus for management programme from the regional centres by paying Rs 500 at the respective sale counters.
