Last Updated 25 December 2010, 17:45 IST

Radia’s ex-business partner Dheeraj Singh had alleged that Ananth Kumar, when he was minister in the Atal Behari Vajapayee government, had helped her by allotting land to a Trust run by her. He had also said that Kumar had helped Radia by offering her access to confidential files of the cabinet. Radia is in the centre of the scam over 2G spectrum allocation.

Parameshwara, in Bangalore on Saturday, said that the BJP should ask Kumar to resign in the view of the allegations. “The BJP should ask its MP to resign before pointing fingers at ministers of the UPA Cabinet,” he said.
