BJP will sweep polls, says BSY

At a news conference here, he said there were hardly any supporters for BJP in the previous ZP/TP polls. But, the situation has changed. Now the people are talking about BJP Government and developmental works done by it since 2008. The people-friendly schemes implemented by the government would convert into votes.

The party had already released a booklet giving details of amount released towards various projects in the district. The electorate have to compare the performance of the incumbent government with other governments in the past.

On former PM, H D Deve Gowda, the CM said that the former had been making baseless allegations on the issues. He had also released a chargesheet only to tarnish his image. “I will expose Deve Gowda and his sons who are involved in land grabbing in and around Bangalore”.

In reply to property amassed by the family members of Gowda, he said the inquiry was on and the details would be made public at a right time.

Making clear that Housing Minister V Somanna would continue as District In-charge Minister, Yeddyurappa assured to visit the district once in a month to review the progress of the district.
