The first of such a utility centre - Medanta Dukes Research Institute- with 60 beds is expected to start functioning by April end. An agreement to this effect was inked between Dukes Medicine and well-known cardiac surgeon Naresh Trehan led Medanta Medicity, based on Gurgaon, Haryana, Tuesday.
