Students boycott classes, support guest lecturers cause

Indefinite stir has affected teaching in colleges across Dist

They claimed that the indefinite stir had affected their studies. Classes are not going on since Thursday.

Taking note of hardship being caused to the students, the government should intervene and fulfil the demands of the guest lecturers.

The students boycotted the classes and staged demonstration. On the receipt of information, MLA H S Prakash came to the spot and held discussion with the lecturers. He also assured to raise the issue of guest lecturers in the coming Budget session. Later, the lecturers submitted a memorandum to the legislator.
