<p>Two days ago, Priya Krishna had staged demonstration at the launch of various development projects at Nagarabhavi by Mayor S K Nataraj, Member of Lok Sabha Ananth Kumar, ministers R Ashoka and Somanna among others. The programme was interrupted for a brief while. Priya Krishna contended that he was not invited to the function organised in his constituency. <br /><br />Refuting Priya Krishna's claim that ignoring him was breach of protocol, Umesh Shetty said an invitation was sent to him on February 8 and the programme was set on a day to suit the MLA, but he was bent on staging a drama at the venue.<br /><br />Shanthakumari alleged that Priya Krishna threatened the contractors through his henchmen not to take up works in his constituency.<br /><br />During the press conference, corporators R Prakash, Mohan Kumar, Roopa Devi, N Shakuntala, V Vageesh, and chairpersons of Standing Committees H Ravindra and Gangabyraiah were present.</p>
