“We encourage decent dressing. The stress has largely been on dressing modestly. We don’t tell students that they can’t wear this or that as long as they are modestly clad. We just don’t approve of tight or revealing or very hip clothes or plunging necklines and such things. But since our college caters largely to the middle classes, these girls come with their values already in place. If we do find somebody not adhering to these values we call them aside and talk to them.”
