OmletteOmelette is the best possible and easiest egg preparation. You can make it many different ways and have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you want to go for a really big one, try the one below

* 10 eggs
* 1 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped
* 3 green sweet peppers, cored, seeded and sliced thinly
* 3 onions, peeled and sliced thinly
* 1 tablespoon garlic, minced finely
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 tablespoons   butter
* Vinegar
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to taste

* Heat the pan then add oil or ghee. Add in the onions, green peppers, salt and pepper to taste then saute them for five minutes.
* You can now add the garlic and tomatoes after which cook for another 15 minutes.
* Put the eggs in a bowl then beat them. Also add salt and pepper to taste. You can now add 1 1/4 cups of the tomato mixture and then beat lightly.
* Pre-heat the omelette pan and add in the butter. Add in the egg mixture and cook it. Shake the pan and stir with a spoon or fork until the omelette is set. The omelette should be moist.
* When this is done, place a large warm serving plate over the pan then quickly invert the omelette onto the plate.
* Garnish the omelette with tomato mixture.
* Serve hot and relish.
