And 3 cheers! India won the ride
All the Lankan bowlers Dhoni negotiated
The entire nation stood and he was appreciated
The Indian team broke into happy tears
As India had flown past all our fears
Tendulkar was carried as he was our piston

To Sachin the Cup was dedicated
India’s final encounter by Dhoni was facilitated
