<p>"I have always played those positive naughty loveable characters in most of my films. This is the first time ever that I am playing an edgy character.<br /><br />"In 'Shoot Out At Lokhandwala', I was more wild and furious. Here I am far more stable minded and grounded. When compared to other characters in 'Shor In The City' though, I am slightly darker," Tusshar told PTI.<br /><br />The 34-year-old actor insisted that his character displays a humane side to him as well due to the fact that he is playing a married man.<br /><br />"I am married to the character played by Radhika Apte which means there is a slight romantic angle as well. Moreover there is a touch of humour too though in it's own unique way," said Tusshar.</p>.<p>"Tilak is endearing in his own way. He is someone who is coming out of the world of crime slowly. Whether he succeeds or not is something that forms a part of 'Shor In The City'," he added.</p>.<p>The Raj Nidimoru-directed film has a gangster backdrop to it and is a thriller in the offing. </p>.<p>"There are three stories in the film but they are running concurrently. Also, they are not totally connected; they are parallel to each other," said Tusshar.<br /><br />The film is his home production and despite being the sole recognizable face in the film, Tusshar said he is one amongst the many parallel leads in the film.</p>.<p>"I am as equal as all other characters in the film. 'Shor In The City' is an ensemble affair and there is no point for me to claim that I am a hero in the film or anything. In fact there is no quintessential hero or heroine here," Tusshar told PTI.<br /><br />The films' promo also shows that the focus is not just on Tusshar but also other men like Sendhil Ramamurthy, Nikhil Dwivedi and Pitobash Tripathy.</p>.<p>"Yes, and that's because we all are an equal part of this noise (shor)," laughed Tusshar.<br />"None of us is too much or too less in the film. We all have equal importance and prominence here," he added.</p>.<p>'Shor In The City' releases all over on Thursday, April 28. The film is co-directed by Nidimoru and Krishna DK who had earlier delivered the thriller '99' starring Kunal Khemu, Soha Ali Khan and Boman Irani.</p>
