Lending his support to  RCB for the second time in a row, ‘Power Star’ Puneeth Rajkumar, was there with the fans, trying his best to keep the spirits soaring.

“At the end of the day one comes with the hope of watching a good match and sportsmanship on the field. This year my brother, Shivarajkumar, will be joining me and we’re looking forward to a good season,” says Puneeth. 

Ramya

The brand ambassador of RCB, Ramya, was seen cheering on the players with a ‘special’ friend by her side. Although the team lost, Ramya did not lose hope. “It’s all about being positive till the end. If not this match I am sure we will win the next one. I have been supporting the team since the first season. We have a strong team this year, especially with players like Dirk Nannes, AB de Villiers and Zaheer Khan.”

Ujjala

Deepika Padukone couldn’t make it to the match but her mother Ujjala and sister Anisha made sure they were there to cheer. “She has gone abroad for work but her heart is still here cheering the RCB. She should be back by end of the month. So far, things don’t look so good but the season has just begun. Hopefully they will pick up pace soon,” said Ujjala.

Sudha Murthy

Sudha Murthy said she loves cricket in just about any format. “The ambience and food are great. The IPL has always managed to attract people and I don’t miss chances like this to come and cheer for the team.”
