Labourer dies in freak mishap

According to police, Ganesh and Bhasker had been to an estate in search of cattle when they spotted a wild boar. Immediately, Ganesh told the same to the estate owner Somaiah.
Later around 7.30 pm, Somaiah along with Ganesh, Bhasker and Kaverappa went to the estate with a gun. On the way, a bullet accidentally fired from the gun injured Ganesh.

Though he was rushed to the district hospital and later to Mysore for further treatment, he breathed his last en route to Mysore. Suntikoppa police have arrested Bhasker, Kaverappa and Somaiah. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
