II PUC: Meghana tops dist

A PCMC student of Vijaya Vithala PU College in the city, she has scored cent per cent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Her scoring in computer science is 99 out of 100.

She is the daughter of Nagendra Babu K N, manager at Syndicate Bank, Manipal and Kanakadurga C P, clerk at Syndicate Bank, Regional Office, Kuvempunagar in Mysore. “I was hopeful of excelling in flying colours”, an elated Meghana told Deccan Herald.

Kautilya excels

Kautilya Vidyalaya has achieved 85 per cent results in II PUC examinations held recently. The institution has also recorded 85 per cent in science stream and 80 per cent in commerce stream. Shreyas G Gowda and Chetan Urs P have scored 91 per cent in science stream. Vignesh Pai and R Arvind emerged as toppers in commerce.
