Her total marks is 592/600 (98.66 per cent).<br /> <br />Kannada medium<br /><br />A student of St Philomena’s PU College in Puttur, about 60 km from here, Ananya studied in Kannada medium up to standard X. <br /><br />College Principal Rev Fr Ivan Michael Rodrigues told Deccan Herald that Ananya, daughter of Ganapathi Bhat D and Aruna D, hails from a farmer’s family in the backward area of Jalsur of Sullia taluk.<br /><br />“A calm and quiet student, Ananya never took tuitions as she believed in self study,” the principal said, adding that she was a multi-talented student. <br /><br />Aspires to be a CA<br /><br />Ananya has told the principal that she wants to do BCom and become a chartered accountant.She had scored 595/600 (99.12 per cent) in I PU and 570/600 (95 per cent) in SSLC.</p>
