<p>According to a local residing nearby the farm, he spotted a leopard chasing a dog in the thick of darkness. He soon informed police control room. The police personnel passed on the information received, to the local patrolling wing. <br /><br />The Police Control Room (PCR) 100 vehicle rushed to the spot. There have been many occasions when the public members sighted leopards in around the Chamundi hill region. It could be recalled that a leopard was killed by furious mob about two years ago near Jockey quarters in city, when it strayed into the suburb from the Chamundi hill region. <br /></p>
