Udupi MLA wants action against Atul

Bhat in a petition filed stated that Atul has committed an offence with regard to Padmapriya’s death. He also urged the court to take appropriate  action against Atul, in the petition filed on Saturday.

Based on a CoD inquiry report, which was obtained through RTI Act, Bhat stated, “Legal action should be initiated against Atul, since illegitimate relationship between him and my wife Padmapriya was established through his own statements to CoD.”
