Children's day out in Madikeri

Hundreds of students took part in various competitions conducted by ISKCON, as a part of the forthcoming Sri Krishna Janmashtami. As many as 45 children took part in the story-telling competition, while 25 in fancy dress competition, 51 in devotional song competition, 69 in shloka recital, 225 took part in colouring competition. The painting competition had the highest entries, i.e., 320 children. The competitions were held in four categories. The winners will be given prizes on August 16.
