Tapal to move court against berths for Reddys

Addressing a press meet here on Tuesday, Ganesh said the Reddys have been indicted by the Lokayukta in the report on illegal mining and the Governor should initiate action against politicians and officers whose names figure in the report.

He chided minister Jagadish Shettar for demanding inclusion of Reddys in the Cabinet. A public interest litigation would be inevitable in case ministerial berths are given to the trio.

Ganesh said the support for Reddys leads to suspicion that several BJP legislators and ministers too might have been beneficiaries of illegal mining.
