As many as 2,675 neo-literates appeared for the exams. Nearly 300 staff were pressed into service to facilitate the examination process.
Evaluation of the answerscripts was conducted on Friday at the City’s Government Women’s
Pre-University College.
A team of 20 teachers evaluated the answerscripts in the guidance of Taluk Convener of Mass Education Programme N Redappa and evaluator Narasimaiah.
