They had not one or two but whopping 108 Ganeshas to showcase, but all clay made joining the league of greens.<br /><br /> For myriad look, Bajrang Dal activist M K Premkumar at Devaraja Mohalla, has installed nine-headed Ganesha- a mix of demon and saints, 17 hands and a maze with a five-headed snake adorning the top. He has also installed a Ganesha sharing space with his father Eshwara on a cart pulled by lions. An angel on the top adds to the attraction. <br /><br />Jeevadaata Geleyara Balaga at Veerangere also made the difference with Ganesha seated on snakes, followed by Ganesha firmly seated on palms, with a peacock below, thanks to Cycle Shop Yuvakara Sangha at Veerangere again. Om Jayamarthanda Yuvakara Mandali again at Veerangere had Ganesha in avatar of Hanuman to boast of, followed by Anekal Yuvakara Sangha, Veeramadakari Yuvakara Sangha and Rajendra Nagar Geleyaru.<br /><br />Among the public celebration, Veerangere grabs the honour for having a maximum of deity in different forms to offer. <br /><br />Mourya Yuvakara Balaga and Nisarga Yuvakara Balaga and Rajendra Nagar Geleyaru deserve a pat for having consecrated 108 and 1008 idols respectively. <br /><br />Apat from numbers what makes the difference is, while the former has opted for eco-friendly make, the latter has painted idols, barring the main idol.101 Ganapathi temple at Agrahara circle was visited by many on account of the festival.
