Gauging at serious issues

The lead pair of Shreyas Talpade and Mugdha Godse looked ravishing while Johny Lever and Sharat Saxena lent a lot of spice to the glittering evening.

Incidentally, it is after a long gap of 50 years that a Maharashtrian pair has been teamed in a Hindi film in the romantic lead. In the presence of dignitaries, all the four actors performed in front of the camera for the mahurat shot of the film.

Also present at the function were veteran producer Pahalaj Nihalani, Navin Prabhakar, Mamta Sharma (of Munni Badnaam Hui fame), Kunal Ganjawala and Manish Raisinghani, besides Udit Narayan, Dolly Bindra and Divya Dutta.

Director Ashu Trikha explained that his film is not just a comedy and the seriousness can be gauged with whatever is happening in and around us in society today.
