Electing to bat, the Bankmen made 318 for nine in 50 overs and CAG, who were 36 for 6 in 10.1 overs after the start of the fielding Power Play managed to muster 210 all out in 37.1 overs thanks to a solid partnership between Sumit Sharma and Bipul Sharma, who added 107 runs in 98 balls for the seventh wicket.

State Bank opener T Suman 109 (102b, 10x4, 5x6) was involved in two major partnerships, 96 off 78 balls for the first wicket with Daniel Manohar, and then 101 off 123 balls with Annop Pai (62, 85b, 7x4) for the second wicket. B Sumanth came up with a useful 39 off 32 balls (3x4, 1x6).
