Out of the deals, USD 5.5 billion were bagged by foreign companies from Chinese firms, while Chinese companies garnered USD 124 billion worth of contracts, they said.
About 50,000 officials and business people from China and about 30 countries, regions and international organisations attended the trade fair, which also attracted an audience of more than 300,000 casual visitors.
The fair covered an area of nearly 80,000 square metres, with more than 4,000 exhibition booths.
