"The probe is progressing and it's heading in the right direction," Singh told reporters. “We don't want to make the leads and progress public, it will hamper the probe,” Singh said.
“Some people have been arrested and are being interrogated,” he said.
He, however, refused to comment if a module was behind the blast. “What is called a module? Some people have been arrested,” he responded to a query.
The explosion that took place outside Gate No.5 of the Delhi High Court complex last Wednesday killed 13 people and injured over 90. The probe is being headed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), assisted by Delhi Police.
