The operation of search and seize began at around 6pm here which went up to late into the night. CBI officials searched houses of former Mining MD, VD Rajagopal, and Y Sri Lakshmi who was the Principle Secretary of the Industries department during 2007-2009 and Jayakumar IFS, Special Secretary Forest department on Wednesday and gathered incriminating evidence.
The CBI officials also questioned the officials at their residences till late night. The CBI equipped with the fresh evidence they have gathered from Gali Janardhana Reddy and his brother in law Srinivas Reddy during the interrogation at the CBI office have embarked on the search operation.
