Judge recuses from hearing HDK case

Justice Pinto, during the earlier hearing, had directed the complainant to appear before the Court to ensure whether he was the judge’s junior.

When the complainant Vinod Kumar appeared before him, Justice Pinto identified him as his junior, who worked with him for a week. Justice Pinto recused from hearing the matter and stated that the matter should be heard by some other Bench and directed that the matter be placed before the Chief Justice.
