HC quashes further probe into Jaya case

Hearing a petition by DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan, Justice V Jagannathan allowed the petition and observed, “Needless to say, the apex court, while dealing with the transfer of cases, has directed the trial court to complete the investigation on a day-to-day basis. The special judge cannot lose sight of the directions. Decision by DVAC for further investigation dated June 15, 2011 is quashed.”
