Man stabbed to death

The victim, Aslum Ansaria (41), a resident of Teachers’ Colony, Koramangala, hailed from Godhna village in Bihar.

According to police, Aslum Ansaria and his nephew Saleem (22), led a team of construction workers from Bihar, to work in Bangalore.

They had made 50 per cent advance payment to the workers. Saleem was a supervisor at a building which was under construction in Arakere, while Ansaria monitored the construction work at Teachers’ Colony.

Police said two months ago, Ansaria convinced two of Saleem’s construction workers to work with him at Teachers’ Colony. Saleem, who incurred a loss, abused his uncle on the cellphone and barged into the construction site at the Teachers Colony and in a fit of anger, stabbed him several times and fled. The construction workers rushed Ansaria to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
