Celebrity contestants bring in the glamour quotient but it is the common man and woman who bring in the spirit of life and nobody enjoys it more than Salman Khan.

This week, there is the vibrant Meenatai against Deepak Pangare for the Independence Day Special of 10 Ka Dum making it truly very special as it is for the people, by the people along with the real people of India.  So there are equal pratishat of dabbawalas and machiwalis (fisherwomen).

The fisherwomen in all their finery are in their elements. They dance and make Salman dance to their koli songs too.This is the second season of 10 Ka Dum. The show’s first season aired in 2008 and was a huge success amongst the masses. 10 Ka Dum is the Indian version of the popular international reality game show Power of 10. Many celebrities like Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Shilpa Shetty, Farah Khan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Irrfan Pathan have taken part in the second season
