<p>Anima Das, 35, is a student of eleventh standard in Basirhat Dandirhaat Nagendra Kumar Higher Secondary school in North 24 Parganas district who has no qualms to study with her son Palash. <br /><br />It is again a sheer quirk of fate that the mother-son duo share the same subjects – Sanskrit, History, Philosophy, Political Science and English, headmaster of the school Dipak Ranjan Mondal told <em>Deccan Herald</em>.<br /><br />Anima quit studies when she was in the ninth standard, in the wake of her marriage. <br />However, the woman’s zest for studies remained dormant and encouraged by her in-laws, Anima took admission in the ninth standard at Pipha Rabindra Open School in 2005 and cleared the 10th exam in 2009.</p>
