HC dismisses Reddy's petition

Justice Anand Byrareddy, who heard the arguments, dismissed the petition on Friday.

Janardhana Reddy had filed defamation cases against Tapal Ganesh, K C Kondaiah, Rahul Baldota and R N Modi of Bellary accusing them of being responsible for publication of adverse reports in the media against the Reddy brothers on mining in Bellary district.
