Raising Stars win league tourney

They edged past Nationals Sports Club (NSC) by six points in the final match of the league.

NSC emerged as runners-up of the tournament. Rangers Sports Club and hosts Pro-Tec Association were placed third and fourth respectively.

Supradeep and D Karthik dominated the play for RSSC by scoring 35 and 25 points respectively. Jeethu secured 20 points for NSC.

In another hard-fought match, Rangers Sports Club trounced Pro-Tec by five points.
In a thrilling match, Rangers beat the hosts by 63-58. While Pro-Tec were leading at half-time  by four points, but the Rangers turned the tables in the second-half of the match.

Results

Nationals Sports Club beat YCSC by 59-40. Nandan scored 20 points for NSC, Khan secured 15 points YCSC.

Pro-Tec defeated BEML by 74-54. Divyananda scored 23 points for Pro-Tec, Ramesh scored 18 points for BEML.

Raising Stars Sports Club beat Rangers Sports Club by 64-49. Vikas Gowda scored 25 points for Raising Stars, Abhi secured 20 points for Rangers.

Rangers overcame Pro-Tec by 63-58. Vicky scored 15 points for Pro-Tec, Rajendra bagged 20 points for Rangers.

Raising Stars trounced Nationals by 58-52. Supradeep scored 35 and D Karthik 25 for Raising Stars. Jeethu grabbed 20 points for Nationals.
