CM surprises his staff

Soon after arriving at Vidhana Soudha at around 10.30 am, the Chief Minister decided to inspect work in his office. He walked into all sections of his office on the second and third floors of the Vidhana Soudha, including the chief minister’s relief fund section and the office of his secretary, sources said.

He asked an official how much time it takes to clear a file, but he did not get a satisfactory reply. Then, he took a file kept on the table and asked the official for how long it has been pending. When the official replied that it was pending for a month, the chief minister said that no file should be kept for more than a week.
