Four kids die in Afghanistan bombing

The children were playing in a park when the explosion occurred in Nangarhar province in eastern Afghanistan, an official said.

The explosion was caused by a mortar that was apparently left over from decades of war that started with the 1979 invasion by the Soviet Union, the interior ministry said.
