Frame charges against KMF ex-MD: HC

Justice Anand Byra Reddy, while dismissing four petitions including the ones filed by Ramalingegowda and KMF Human Resource Department director Dr Venkataram, granted liberty to Ramalingegowda to move the court in case he feels that charges against him could be challenged.

Gowda had challenged his suspension and appointment of A S Premanath as the managing director. In his petition, Gowda had claimed that the elected body of Karnataka Milk Federation comprised members from the government and hence his suspension was politically motivated.
