Yeddyurappa sons' plea adjourned

While granting bail in denotification cases (PCR-2), the Lokayukta Special Court had imposed certain conditions on them.

The Court had directed them to produce the documents pertaining to financial transactions of Davalagiri Property Developers and Bhagat Homes Pvt Limited from the day the operations started till the date of complaint, along with a certificate from qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

The Court had stated that the documents to be submitted by them should include their personal bank account details, financial transactions during the last three years, balance sheets of their companies, financial transactions and bank accounts.

The court further stated that if the details are not submitted on the given time, their bail would get automatically cancelled.

Meanwhile, complainant Sirajin Basha has filed another petition seeking to cancel bail of the trio for not furnishing documents within stipulated time. Justice B V Pinto adjourned the hearing of the petition.
