Brothers stabbed

The injured Shaji and Verghese were rushed to a private hospital and their condition is stated to be critical.

According to the police, Shaji and Verghese own a pushcart and sell fried fish near a bar and restaurant. The three persons picked a quarrel with them on Monday over the dish and warned them of dire consequences.

They came back on Tuesday night and assaulted the brothers minutes before they were to leave the place.  The brothers sustained injuries on their abdomen, legs, hands and back.
