HC grants bail to Setty

Setty is the co-accused along with former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his sons B Y Raghavendra, B Y Vijayendra, son-in-law R N Sohan Kumar in the complaint filed by advocate Sirajin Basha. The other accused in the case have already obtained anticipatory bail in the same case.

Justice H Billappa directed Setty to furnish a personal bond of Rs two lakh and two sureties of the same amount and also directed him not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses, not commit any offence and not leave the country without prior permission of the court.
