Remake of another classic

Dhawan will direct the veteran actor for the remake of the 1981 classic Chashme Buddoor.

“On my way to Goa for the shoot of David Dhawan’s tentatively titled Chashme Buddoor. Working with David after a long gap in a TRIPLE ROLE (sic),” Anupam posted on Twitter.

The original movie featured Farooq Sheikh, Deepti Naval, Rakesh Bedi, Ravi Baswani and Saeed Jaffrey, while the modern version will reportedly star Ali Zafar in the role essayed by Farooq.
