In his seven films so far, the 28-year-old actor has worked with seven different actresses - Genelia D'Souza, Minnisha Lamba, Shruti Hassan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor.

Imran says he is excited about his unusual pairing with Kareena, who is much senior to him in the industry.

"I have seen the film and so I can say that Kareena and I look great together. It was amazing to work with her because she is a great actor. The film is good, the script is good and I hope the audience will like it," Imran said.

The actor, who is a huge fan of Kareena, took photographs of the actress while shooting 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' and producer Karan Johar has suggested an exhibition of these pictures.

"I took random photographs of Kareena with my mobile. She looks amazing in pictures and the photos have came really good. We are planning an exhibition of the photos but we still haven't decided. Since the photos were taken with a phone, I am not sure how they will turn out if enlarged. If not an exhibition, we may also put it up on the film's website," said Imran.

When asked if it was pre-planned promotional strategy, the actor said, "Photography is a hobby for me. But the producers thought to use it as a promotional strategy and I said 'Why not?'"

The actor, who is sporting a beard for his upcoming film 'Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola' directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, is also taking lessons to speak Haryanvi.

"I am not taking acting classes here, contrary to reports. I am taking lessons in Haryanvi because I play a rustic character from Haryana in the film. The beard is also for the same reason," he said.

The actor, who was in the capital for the unveiling of the 57th Filmfare Awards, has hosted the show for the last two years alongwith actor Ranbir Kapoor. But he said that he has not yet been confirmed to anchor this year's show.

"We (Ranbir and he) have not yet been confirmed to host the event for the third time. The first time was scary because we replaced Shah Rukh (Khan) and Saif (Ali Khan). I have enjoyed my experience so far. I would love to host the show this time as well but nothing has been finalised," he said.

Imran's uncle, superstar Aamir Khan is known to stay away from award ceremonies and when asked about his opinion about award shows he said, "I don't care much about awards. For me the reaction of the audience to my films is more important. But if someone wants to honour my work with an award, I would not reject it either."
