On the first day of counselling, candidates who have secured ranks from 1 to 300 selected their seats. Counselling is being conducted at Bangalore and Belgaum simultaneously.
There are 8,477 seats, including government seats and surrendered managements seats, open for selection to candidates. The detailed vacancy position can be obtained by visiting the website: http://pgcet.vtu.ac.in at the end of each day.
