JOIN USVasanthnagar corporator Katta Jagadish has filed a petition in the High Court seeking relaxation of bail conditions, so that he can accompany his father Katta Subramanya Naidu to London for the latter’s treatment of cancer.
Katta Jagadish has already been given bail in the KIADB land scam case. But he has another case pending in the Lokayukta court, for attempting to bribe a witness. The Special Lokayukta Court had ordered him to surrender his passport.
Jagadish has filed the application stating that he is the only son and needs to accompany his father to London. The matter is likely to come up for hearing later this week.

Madan Patel, the producer and director of the movie ‘Sathyananda’ has filed an petition in the High Court seeking vacation of stay on the release, promotion and exhibition of the film.
