Special session to discuss rural development: CM

The first three days of the session will be devoted to debate on rural development and the remaining two days for discussing various issues.

Speaking after inaugurating a renovated building of Banglore Press Club in Bangalore, the chief minister said for the first time such a session was being held in Karnataka.

Regarding the debate on scams, Yeddyurappa said he would fix agenda after discussing with the Opposition parties. “I am ready to discuss all issues that the Opposition parties wish to raise in the session,” he said.

Global investors’ meet

Yeddyurappa said he would be visiting China in the first week of September to invite investors to the Global Investors’ meeting.

Following his trip many in his Cabinet would be visiting different countries to extend the invitation to the meet.
