He was caught allegedly with four detonators, two timers and two kgs of explosive chemicals.<br /><br />"We have alerted Maharashtra Police about the arrest. However, we are yet to ascertain as to which place in Maharashtra Yousuf was headed to," a senior police official said.<br />The arrest comes at a time when people are celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi as well as observing fast during the month of Ramadan.<br /><br />Sources said investigations are yet to ascertain his "exact role."<br /><br />"He could just be a courier. He could be much more than that. We are interrogating him to know where he was going to, whom he was supposed to meet," the official said.<br />Sources said Yusuf, who came to Delhi from Jammu, hails from Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir and was believed to be headed towards Mumbai. </p>.<p>The suspected terrorist was carrying a Jammu and Kashmir identity card bearing the name Salim Mohammed as also a Pakistani passport bearing the name Yusuf, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Alok Kumar said on tuesday.<br /><br />He is the third terrorist to be arrested by Delhi Police this month.On August six, the Special Cell had arrested two suspected Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists from Daryaganj area in central Delhi.<br /><br />Hizb militants Javed Ahmed Tantray and Ashiq Ali Bhatt had met their chief Syed Salahuddin a few months back in terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir.<br />Police claimed that Salahuddin had asked them to unleash terror in the country ahead of Independence Day.<br /><br />The arrested men had their arms and religious training in terror training camps in PoK and had met Salahuddin several times. </p>
