Kalmadi walks out of jail

Suresh Kalmadi, accused of corruption in the Commonwealth Games, walked out of Tihar jail Thursday evening after the Delhi High Court accepted his bail plea.

“Kalmadi was released from jail at 7.20 p.m.,” said Tihar Jail authorities.
