Former Chief Minister and JD(S) State President H D Kumaraswamy has said that he has not violated any rules in Janthakal Mining case and he would bow to the judgement of the Court.

Speaking to media persons during his visit to the city to participate in the district-level JD(S) workers’ convention on Monday, he criticised the BJP for trying to defame the JD(S) on one or the other charge from the day it came to power. Janthakal mining case is in the Court now. We would respect the Court’s judgement, he asserted.

“The JD(S) is carrying out state-wide ‘Janavahini Yatre’ opposing the bad governance of the BJP government. We have been receiving good response particularly in Madikeri and coastal belt where the BJP has a strong hold. Moreover, it is the youth who are showing enthusiasm to join the party. Going by this, we are confident that we would win the next election with majority and come to power,” he said.

Responding to the issue of three State cabinet ministers watching porn videos in the assembly, he urged the BJP to suspend them from MLA post and protect its self respect.
