Charmadi road may be damaged soon

However, the work on Charmadi road is not fully completed yet. As per the sources, the  contract of repairing the Charmadi road was given to a Hyderabad based company at an estimated cost of Rs 6.5 crore.

Keeping in mind the safety of the road and the commuters, Charmadi Gram Panchayat President has objected to the idea of opening the road for the movement of heavy vehicles even as the work is under progress.

“If more number of vehicles are allowed to ply, then the road will closed completely,” opine the  localites.  Hence they say that the road must not be kept open for heavy vehicles, failing which Charmadi road will be lost.
