<p>Six students of the government school in Varuna near here complained of stomach upset after having mid-day meals and were admitted to KR Hospital in the city on Monday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Sneha of 2nd standard, Kavitha of 3rd standard, Sachin of 5th standard and Manu, Sushmakala and Manoj of 6th standard started vomiting after having mid-day meals in the school. <br /><br />They were immediately shifted to the hospital. School staff said they had prepared sambhar with greens and dal. BEO Kantha said there is a possibility of children vomiting if the quantity of tamarind used has exceeded the average limits. However, the reports from the hospital are awaited. Rural police inspector T D Rajanna visited the hospital.</p>
