Woman run over by train

A 29-year-old woman was run over by a train while crossing the railway track at Bayyappanahalli here today, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Mahanananda Ghosh, a resident of West Bengal, police said. She had come to the city a few months ago to undergo training in Hospital Management course in a private institute. A case has been registered.
