16 stolen vehicles recovered

The Ramamurthynagar Police arrested Venkatesh (21) and Raj (19), both residents of Avalahalli, Hoskote taluk. Based on clues provided by them, they recovered four two-wheelers worth Rs 1.25 lakh, stolen from HAL, Byappanahalli and Hoskote Police Station limits. Thus, the police claim to have solved four cases of stolen vehicles. The accused have been remanded to judicial custody.

Harish (20), a resident of Lingarajpur, was arrested recently and based on the information provided by him, the Banaswadi Police have recovered 12 vehicles worth Rs 4.60 lakh, stolen in different parts of the city and Sidlaghatta. The accused has been remanded to judicial custody.
